About

Whether you're looking for therapy, consultation, or simply exploring what feels like the right fit, I'm glad you're here. I hope what you find here gives you a sense of who I am, how I work, and whether we might be a good fit.

Life can become overwhelming in ways that are difficult to explain or carry alone. Stress, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself can gradually shape how you experience your life and the people around you. Therapy offers the opportunity to slow things down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and become curious about the patterns and experiences that may no longer be serving you. Over time, this process can lead to greater understanding, stronger relationships, and meaningful change.

I'm a Registered Social Worker, psychotherapist, and mental health consultant with over fifteen years of experience supporting adults, couples, and communities. I try to offer a calm, compassionate, and steady space where people can arrive just as they are, with whatever they're carrying. I've found that people often make the most meaningful changes when they have the space to slow down, become curious about their experience, and feel understood rather than judged.

Alongside psychotherapy, I also provide consultation and resource development for healthcare organizations, First Nations communities, and multidisciplinary teams. My work is grounded in inclusive, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma informed practice.
