About
Welcome, and thank you for visiting. Whether you are looking for therapy, consultation, or simply exploring what feels like the right fit, my approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client centered, with a focus on offering support that meets you where you are.
Life can become overwhelming in ways that are difficult to explain or carry alone. Life can become overwhelming in ways that are difficult to explain or carry alone. Stress, trauma, grief, disconnection, burnout, and ongoing pressure can gradually affect how people experience themselves, their relationships, and daily life. Therapy offers space to slow down, reflect, and explore these experiences with greater awareness, connection, and understanding. Over time, this process can support greater self compassion, healing, and meaningful change that feels grounded in your own needs, values, and goals.
I’m a registered social worker, therapist, and mental health consultant with over 15 years of experience across individual and couples therapy, mental health consultation, and resource development. My approach is relational and trauma informed, with a focus on helping people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that have shaped them. My work draws from emotion focused, somatic, psychodynamic, and attachment based approaches, depending on each person’s needs and goals.
Consultation services are available for individuals, organizations, and teams seeking support related to mental health, trauma informed practice, wellness, and systems of care. My work is grounded in inclusive, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, and trauma informed practice.
